  Kim Lockhart with team Katronis sold our house 2 years ago and we had such a great experience with her she has been working with her ever since. She was extra helpful as we had a newborn baby while selling and moving and she made the whole situation very easy. She is always available and gets us in to viewings right away. She is also very knowledgable about unique situations with offers and contracts which has been very helpful for us. We love Kim!
