  The kid there, Lucas was by-far the best help I have ever received in a per store. Knowledgable and very throughout in his explanation. He made it easy to understand and fix my problem. And even saved me a couple bucks. I will be coming here from now on.

  On a busy weekend day when Lucas was being pulled every which way, he made time to listen to our wants and needs as new fish owners. He knew exactly what he was talking about, taught us countless things, and was genuinely passionate about his line of work. I hope this man gets paid well over minimum wage because he damn well deserves it.

  We went there last week to buy a pet bird but we changed our mind. The first thing we faced was that there was no sale associate to help with our questions. We searched inside the store and finally could find someone to address our questions. That person was not that much eager to help us. Soon we realized that she was the manager of the store. Well in my openion there are a few things that makes someone to fit as a manager of a store and that person requires to take a training program to get there. My adivise to the store owner is to get ready to close your business or come up with some real changes on how and who you want to run your business. I wont go back to this store again and I dont recomment this store to anyone.

  The staff at Petland have an unfriendly demeanor, are extremely unhelpful and flat out lazy. I have been coming here for over a year and each time I visit the staff is standing around the front yet will not even acknowledge your presence when you enter or ask if you need assistance. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  They are excellent for most peoples needs. All around caring staff who genuinly want to help, with a pretty good product selection. Prices are fair, not usually the cheapest out there but they are not terrible either.
