    Then I wandered over to the TV's for about 10 minutes and when I looked around, all the sales guys were nose deep in their phones or having a chat with their friends who popped in. Never again will I step in this store. Never.

    Good selection on electronics. The pricing is better than most other place and the warranty is better than what most retailers offer. I'd rate 5 stars but the service/getting the tv out of the warehouse took a while and seemed unorganized.

    Today I went into Visions Electronics, Surrey, and had a vehicle audio deck installed into my vehicle. To say the least it was an amazing experience and I’ll tell you why. I waited absolutely not one minute to get in, a wonderful knowledgeable and approachable man by the name of Anthony. He installed the deck with much easy, in what felt like a good 30 minutes conversation. He gave me an awesome deal, and also put a Bluetooth speaker into my vehicle for me for my hands free talking! To say the least, I am impressed. And I will be going back again for all of my electrical vehicle installation needs!

    Well...I went in there 2 days ago and wasn't helped one bit. First of all, I walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone. Walked directly over to the car audio desk where there were 2 guys talking to a woman seated on a stool. Both seemed more interested in her. I waited for about 3 minutes to even be acknowledged. Horrible. Asked my 1 question and left them as it seemed they were more interested in her.

    Harry, the Sales person was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was surprised to know the he is been in Vision only for 3 months. He demonstrates the professionalism of a well experienced Sales person.

    One of the worst stores ever! Even the manager doesn't know what customer service is. I walked in there with my mother and looked around and a sales associate approached us after being in the store for about 10 minutes. Asked if we needed help with anything my mother asked about a TV. This associate begins to pull out his phone and google information on the product. I was shocked seeing a salesman look down at his phone for information. Would it not be common sense if you work in sales to know your product? So I go over into car audio and ask about a remote start for my vehicle now. I knew it was the manager I was talking to because he has had a name tag on, but he was wearing jacket but you could see partly of the name tag and the only word was visible manager. After hearing the price of $1000 dollars I asked again, how much? and yes I was hearing this correct asked him why so much and told me that your "vehicle requires a special device to allow for installation". Then I asked do you not tap into the vehicles wiring harness? "No!, we do not" he replied. I said forget it because I then knew that all they were going to do was plug into the OBD II port on the vehicle (where a mechanic as myself or some technician can gain access to the vehicles on board computer and control almost everything on the vehicle). I then wondered over to the stereos and was looking at one and was on my phone looking up information. for that particular product knowing there was little signage and a sales associate was just going to feed me lies. I then get told by the manager I was just talking to who was rude in the beginning. "Don't connect your phone, if you want a demo ask for one". I was completely shocked! while I was thinking again in my head, did I just hear that from a quote on quote manager? I just left and was like wow on my way home. but if your looking for some deals here you go but know before you go is all I have to say. Better do your shopping on line as you won't experience the rude and unacceptable behavior from people who work for vision's electronics.
