    Salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even took the tv out of the box to show me at work, and then repacked it all again back in the box! I saved $500 buying a TV that someone decided they didn't like, with the shrink wrapping still all the way around it. So I bought an extended 3 year warranty for $130. That's a no-brainer! Highly recommended!

    We ordered a Dyson hand held vacuum and received excellent service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Will buy there again. Store is nice and clean, and well laid out.

    Not sure if I would buy anything here based on return policy and having to pay to do it. Open box is still going to be open box. I'd rather just buy something new from Bestbuy or Costco and not have to worry about stuff like that.

    Will definitely and highly recommend Openbox to our friends and relatives! Their prices are reasonable and affordable. Also, the manager was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
