Absolute garbage, Cant get into touch with anyone over the phone easily. They kept putting me on hold and then informed me there are no appointments available at all in the foreseeable future but I should just "check everyday for cancellations" What's the point in paying for apple care if I can't even get them to fix my phone ?

Always have a pretty good experience here! It just sucks when you have warranty and Apple care, they don’t always find the reason why there’s issues on your device but make you pay for a new one. Not the staffs fault though, the staff have great customer service!

All in all, I would recommend to others to shop online, as the service isn't the best, it's densely packed, and hard to directly communicate what your need as a customer is.

Manager and staff made my experience so quick and easy!!! Had been struggling with issues for a whole week and a different location was plain rude and unsympathetic so I thought I’d go back to the original location that advised me a day earlier and within 2 mins the manager gave me a replacement! Extremely thankful for the service! After I was turned away by the other location with nothing but the policy thrown at me and I wasn’t being heard, this location is now my go to. Can’t say enough good things!!!

Although the way apple presents there phones in a store is cool, the workers kinda push you to buy a phone, and don't listen to what your personal wants in the phone itself, they just immediately "recommend" the newest model and name prices. The service also doesn't immediately get to your problem, and just go on and on about Apple Care, or tech support. Also no-one allowed me to take a photo/video of the store without permission, this may seem like logic, but in other stores I am freely allowed to film and take photos.

Waited in line early for a walk in appointment. Arrived 1/2 hour before open, was 4th in line and told it would be a 10 minute wait once inside the store. 40 minutes later, I asked what the status of our appointment was. The staff member told us "I guess I will check you in now". 40 minutes later we found out that our 7 month old iPhone had a charging issue and would not charge and needed to be replaced. A phone that was well taken care of, not dropped ect. As it was replaced already once under warranty for failing apple6 freeze issues, there was no longer a warranty on it. I understand these terms and that's fine. What I don't understand is why I am stupid enough to keep buying apple products after going through the same thing year after year, and generation of IPhone after generation of IPhone.
