  The atmosphere of the store is same as a Thrift store or may be even worse. It's cluttered and the material is so cheap.

  Very frustrated with this store! We will NEVER buy from Forever 21 stores ever again! I would NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family. We bought a $35 scarf, and returned it within 10 minutes. It was supposed to be a gift to a friend, but they already found a scarf for her. Decided to return it, and they said they can't do refund only store credit. They are thieves!! They cashier said "oh you have 30 days to return it." Never mention that they don't refund. The cashier then asked for a manager and the manager came saying that they have a sign that they don't do refund. I told her it was bought in like 10 min. ago! She said once it's in the system, they can't do any refund. I was not very happy. They did not even apologize for their mistake. They could've at least apologized for not informing customers clearly that they don't do refund. I don't really care about the money. What I was not happy about is the way they treat their customers. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Our family will never shop there again!

  By far the worst service out of any Forever 21 I've ever experienced. Staff practically pretend like you're not even there. The only reason its worth going to is because they have a plus size section, which other Forever 21s in Vancouver don't.

  Ordered something online to pickup in store, picked it up and realized it wasnt as shown in the picture. Found out if ordered online to pickup in store there are no refunds, only store credit. Buyer beware.

  Rudest employees with the worst attitudes. Would rather talk to each other than help anyone. Just a bad vibe. The change room is the worst
