  On 11th Nov 2017, we had a Pakistani function here organized by the Pakistan General Consulate, and during the dinner time, I observed one of their young staff lady (having straight hairs) to be seeing some people around in a mocking way, I mean with an insulting smile because some people had a lot of stuff in their plate and they were eating quite fast (as the function took a lot of time to complete, and eventually dinner got late). But who the hell is this lady to irritate people like this. Just mind your own business of staff work, and don't stare at us the guests. Disappointed!

  These authorities scapegoat, frame, and single-out some Surrey residents; they make major bogus allegations about their own residents in order to get certain areas around Surrey electronically surveillanced frequently.

  Worst city hall ever. Good reason why all the woman in the trades are all divorced and single. Worst customer service ever. They accept bribes for better service.

  Show up 30 min before Building Permit office opens or else you will be waiting for a very long time.

  They also allow and get people with higher status to make the most allegations to the alleged in order to increase their police "powers and privileges" to further invade other residents privacy.

  For example, they allege some of them as drug dealers or pedofiles in order to spy on the crime-free residents surrounding the alleged and to keep the alleged being monitored.
