  Replaced left rear bumper doesn’t match previous bumper and won’t correct this bad workmanship. They can see that the rear bumpers don’t match, and give a cheap response that everyone else won’t notice

  Do NOT take your car to be repaired here!! The service is unbelievably bad!! We took a car in to be repaired before Christmas, and were told it would be ready in two weeks. It is now almost 2 months later [Feb 9] and the car is still not ready! And, although we were were promised telephone updates, we have not been contacted once. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by this company.

  Best experience I have had dealing with any business. Beyond professional, and on top of what they are doing. They went way above and beyond to ensure you are happy, and every question is answered. I have never been happier to deal with a company. Matt D. was my auto body tech and it shows he knows what he is doing. Flawless work with a caring hand and attention to detail. Excellent work. Painting and glass replacement was perfect as well. Roger was professional and made me feel cared for, receptionists were attentive and prompt with info as well. Wrapped up ensuring all my worries were considered and made sure I was happy. Can hope I wont need to be back but if I or anyone does, I know where to go!! Thanks again!
