  I was quite nervous going to a new hair dresser, but Abbey did an amazing job! I have fine hair that's damaged from previous bleach applications but by the end my hair looked shiny and healthy and had a lot of volume. I will definitely be going back!

  Worst haircut of my life! I Asked for a "2-3 inches off the bottom" and I ended up losing roughly 10 inches of length. It was so poorly done that walked out (though they made me pay first of course). I had to get it fixed by a different stylist at another salon. The person I went to at Chatters was surprised when my curly hair was shorter when dry than when wet and used this as an excuse for taking off so much length. You would think it would be common knowledge that hair (especially curly hair) gets shorter when its dry! The layers were terribly done and, because she used a razor to "give it texture", I ended up with extremely thinned out hair. The stylist (miracle worker) who I went to to fix my cut said that it was the worst haircut she had ever seen in her 30 years as a hair dresser. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!

  I've been going to this Salon for over a year. I am quite happy with my hairdresser Abbey, she does a great job on color an cut. Good balayage, highlights etc. But other than her (the only reason I go here) the salon has several issues: The girls at the front desk, very rude and cold, when you call for an appointement rude and cold as well when you are paying, not a thank you. After paying 250$ I said thank you have a great evening, and I was met with silence and a cold stare. On top of that there is this ongoing issue with my points card. Having spent about 1000$ there they keep on losing my points and saying they put them under a wrong name etc and I've gone in to have them resolve this on 2 ocassions yet never gets resolved. You are supposed to get a discount after spending 500$ but of course I never got it and they lost half my points. As well the salon looks dirty and outdated. Bathroom was dirty, pink mildew in toilet from not cleaning in ages. Hope some of these things change because I wouldn't like to have to change hairdresser.

  I got my haircut done by Abbey at the salon. I've never had my hair cut there before and wasn't sure what to expect. Abbey did a fantastic job and made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend going there and seeing Abbey for a haircut!!

  I liked that there was availability and that I could book online for my bang trim but that's all that I'm pleased with. I usually have micro bangs but they grew out. The hairdresser (who didn't even introduce herself so I don't even have a name) took one look at me and said that I didn't need my bangs trimmed. But yes, I did, because of the style I usually wear them in. I questioned in my head if she even wanted to trim my bangs in the first place. My bangs were trimmed while wet and weren't even dried and styled so when they dried later that day, I could see that the top layer was shorter than the layer underneath. Luckily I was able to get them fixed by a hairstylist that better understood my style and was more open to an alternative look.
