  Dr. Prus shows a level of dedication, kindness, and compassion that I have never experienced in a vet and I know some pretty great ones. She is meticulous beyond compare. When my ferret, Grover, came down with a mystery illness he was in her hospital for a week. This amazing vet ended up taking him home with her since they were closed over the holiday weekend and after diagnosing him on her own time, opened her clinic on Canada Day to perform surgery thus saving his life. She is astounding and I am so grateful for her.

  We have had pet rabbits for over 10 years and seen a few different vets. Dr. Prus has been kind and compassionate to both our rabbits. She has been gentle with them and I've never felt over-charged or over-prescribed. I get the feeling she really likes our rabbits, and they seem to really like her, too. Not every vet understands or cares about small animals, so I am grateful for this one.

  I brought my 14 year old siamese cat as she was have eye and respitory issues. My cat was fortune enough to have a clean bill of health all her life so you can imagine going into the vet was hard. When I arrived it took over 20 mins fir the doctor to come in the room. By then my cat was super anoxious . Instead of telling me blood work would be the best route to go they said it's an option but it's expensive. So instead they started selling me a bunch if antibiotics and virus medications. My poor cat had a rough 2 weeks before I made the decision to put her down. I called and left a message to speak to the vet on Monday and they called back Thursday evening. No sense of urgency! Bottom line my cat was old and blood tests would have been ideal so I could then have that peace of mind to know whether my cat has a fighting chance. I spent over $350 and ended up putting my beloved cat down as Mama knows best and could not stand to see her suffer. I would never go to this place unless you like to spend your money with no dia gnosis. It's simply a money grabber with lazy over experienced vets that should be retired. They don't even proof read the file or history of the animal before a re check visit. How unprofessional. My baby is in cat heaven now. I will cherish all the good memories.

  Called after hours and left a message regarding an old senior kitty that was found and had a tattoo and I needed to trace the owner ...I left a message and never recieved a call back till 1:30 the next day. They told me that they didn't know the tattoo system and that they wud have to look into it and call me back. I already traced the tattoo to their clinic so all they have to do is look In their book and find the owners info. I also asked her to please call me bavk ASAP as the kitty seems to be old and possibly have a medical issue or in need of some medicine and was wanting to locate and reunite the cat with its owner As SOON AS POSSIBLE so to please check right away and call me bak....I waited for 2 hours and no call. I called them bak at 3:55pm and the answering machine went to after hours. They were now closed. VERY UNHAPPY FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPASSION. poor kitty. And THEY are the only ones with the owner info so....now another night away from its owner and if they truly cared they wud have looked into it. Thats why tattoos are done!. not only will I never take MY pet there but nor wud I recommend them.
