  From experience visiting this pet store frequently, from what i can see, they take pretty good care of their animals. The enclosures are clean, most of the care is good for the species, there are a good selection of supplies for your pets. The prices are quite high for certain products but that is expected with chain pet stores like petsmart. Though they do take adequate care for their animals at this facility, I would still not recommend purchasing animals from here. Instead go to a trusted breeder or shelter, as there are always animals in need of homes. The BC SPCA is a great place to visit when looking for a new addition.

  Visited the store earlier today in a search for a very specific bag of cat food. Rep Benjamin was very helpful to us and we left the store and with a great deal and great service. Would recommend this location to anyone.

  I have found the staff member all to be very genuine and kind. They even helped me solve my dog's sensitive stomach vs. Food dilemma. The prices are a little high, but hey, that's life. Great job gang!

  Always shop here. Usually stocked up. Best Petsmart I’ve ever been to. The grooming salon is also amazing. Very comfortable there.
