  Great Storage Place. Have used them for storage and rental moves. Always very helpful. Storage is quite secure. Highly recommend.

  I have rented a uhaul from this place twice, and I absolutely love it. I definitely recommend them. Clean trucks, friendly staff. Very helpful with every question we had, even the area we moved to. :)

  One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. Nice on the surface, but wait if they make a mistake. They will show major attitude and say that they are not U-haul - but Sunnyside Storage. Somehow being a franchisee of Uhaul doesn't qualify them as representing U-Haul. Despite being part of the franchise, they have contempt for Uhaul and don't mind sharing that with the customers. Uhaul corporate resolved the issue nicely and professionally - Sunnyside only provided attitude and excuses. I am dealing with head office concerning their status as a U-haul neightbourhood centre.

  Excellent service by Gregg and his team. Helped my family out when 2 other uhauls had sent me around the city of surrey for a truck I reserved a few weeks ago. Above and beyond.
