  Parking is plentiful but as you might have experienced in other places in White Rock, at times you can tell some people are struggling to drive or park with care.

  This little mall has the basics. They have an indoor playground at the south-east end of the mall that is a hit w kids and their parents on rainy days.

  The smaller shops are very interesting and I often find it refreshing to be able to do a quick stop just a short walk from the door and find my items without a lot of effort. Easy-in Easy-out. Still waiting on it's larger anchor store.

  It is missing a big retail anchor tenant at the North End of the mall. I think people of stop wondering what's going to go in there because it's been vacant for so long.

  If you're accustomed to larger cities and larger malls it's easy to find holes in what this mall offers but it does offer a one shop stop for locals.

  The place is not so crowded compared to the other malls in Surrey. This is the place where you can find in this place lots of old people.

  A great little Mall for the locals. Is always busy. The food court has a good selection for lunch time. Save-On-Foods, the main anchor, is extremely busy between 4pm to 6pm. And ...... with a Great Santa at Christmas, and with the best Santa's helper.

  Its almost like this place is designed for the many senior citizens who are living in White Rock.

  In this late afternoon, I visited to Dollarama and felt so terrible. I attempted to exchange the items which I purchased 1 hour ago. It was never opened. However, the clerk said items should Neither be refund Nor exchanged. After asking her a couple of times, she was able to let me exchange items with same price. But, she said "ONLY ONE Time". She was not polite at all and so rude. Although they have a policy, customer service is important. In particular, Christmas season with kids to visit stores.

  Similar to malls all over Canada it seems like the dollar store is the busiest retailer.
