    Same food quality as other IHOP. Parking is limited, about 20 min to half hour wait. Server was Super nice

    I've eaten at this IHOP my whole life, and I've never been let down by it. Always friendly staff, good food. The wait can be a bit long on the weekends between 0900 and 1330.

    Food was great. Servers are very friendly. Ours was Nancy and shes very nice.

    Good environment. Good eats. Wait times are too long though. Parking is near impossible.

    The server was super nice. We took our kids to celebrate one of my son's birthday, with a delicious breakfast and she made it special. She put a candle in his food. He loved it. A good place to start a special day.
