    Imagine my frustration when my sink backed up on Christmas Day just as I was preparing dinner for company. I have my regular plumbing company out of South Delta but they were closed the next day so I thought it might be days before I got to clean up. Nope. Called Mr. Swirl on morning of 26th and actually got the friendliest lady on the phone who promised me "Kevin" would be by later that day. As the day went on, this lovely lady phoned twice to assure me that Kevin was still coming but running late. Wow, what customer service. Kevin arrived after 5pm and spent the next 3 hours snaking my horribly backed up pipes. After he got everything up and running he saw that I hadn't closed my hose bibs so he did that for me as well. Then, before leaving, he did a courtsey inspection of my furnace and hot water tank. I was so impressed that I tipped him on top of a very reasonable bill, considering it was Boxing Day, and phoned the company the next day to sing Kevin's praises. Job well done by all at Mr. Swirl. Would highly recommend.
