  From start to finish, and even with multiple hiccups (our fault not theirs), UPack was top notch. Great customer service, friendly and professional drivers, on time pick up and delivery, customs help and great rates too. What more do you want?! I'd give 'em 10 stars if I could.

  My wife and I moved from Vancouver, BC to Salt Lake, UT. The unit showed up on time, arrived faster than quoted, and there was no evidence of shifting during transit. The only down side was U-pack / ABF did not have relocube containers, which could be parked at the parking lot. It's ended with arriving of 28' trailer of which I used only 5'. Kind of same moneywise, but difficult to park such big trailer on street of Vancouver and, actually, such trailer size must not be left overnight as per city's by-law, unless it's parked on a private property, but "3-5 business days delivery" compare with "3 weeks delivery" offered by other companies made me to choose U-pack finally. Plus, U-Pack has better understanding of cross-border requirements, compare with other carriers. One company was stating I must be physically located in USA at the time container entering USA. No, it's not correct, as per CBP and U-Pack knows what.

  My wife and I moved from Vancouver to Houston. Pat and his team made the move hassle free and I was left re-assured at every step. The box showed up on time, arrived faster than quoted, and there was no evidence of shifting during transport. The tracking system worked great and helped put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this company.

  My adult kids moved with U-Pack from Vancouver BC to Portland Oregon. They used most of a 28 ft trailer and the price was very reasonable. It was a big relief for the kids not to have to cross the border with all their belongings as they also have an 18 month old child. They purchased a street permit to have the trailer for 2 days in Vancouver and again in Portland. Everything went very well and the folks at U-Pack are great to work with.
