  The company was booked solid during the time needed but the manager said he would get it done. Turns out he jumped on the moving truck and moved our stuff for us himself.

  Greg and his team were great. The picked up our belongings from Vancouver and brought them to our house in North Van. They were great. Fast, efficient, careful, they were polite and were very customer friendly.

  This was a move from Coquitlam to Kelowna and it couldn't have gone smoother. They picked up all of our stuff in the afternoon, kept it overnight in secure lock up and met us at our new home in the morning. Easy load and unload and no damage! Only 2 glasses broke!

  Awful company. M mom booked a move and confirmed it with their call centre only to not have the message relayed to the local movers.She ended up being in the hospital before the move and they tried calling to confirm the move and when she wasn't home all their messages grew more and more irritated and angry. When the day of the move happened they didn't show and when we called to ask them where they were the manager for the Surrey location immediately started flinging attitude at us and hung up. We had to scramble to find a u haul and people to help with the move. When I tried to talk to someone at their head office they kept telling me they would look into it and get back to me. That was two weeks ago. Do yourself a a favor and don't go with these guys. Super unprofessional and rude. I will go out of my way to tell people I know to never use this company.
