  We booked the appointment with TLL Moving and Storage and we were very happy. They were very easy to get a hold of, book the appointment and they showed up. The guys worked hard and did not stop until the job was done.

  Overall honestly just get a u haul or go with a company you really trust. They will show up and move all your stuff, but you'll end up paying more than you wanted or expected. The service definitely wasn't professional. There is also a fuel subcharge of 35$ on top of 1 hour travel time that you have to pay.

  The truck they came with had a tire not fully inflated. If that messed up we would have had an even bigger delay.

  They were amazing! Moved our house contents from BC to Ontario in one week and over Christmas!! Efficient, helpful, did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when promised. Highly recommend this company.

  The guys took 2-3 smoke breaks which came out of my time, and after moving the stuff into the truck they said they had to go eat. They refused to go to the next house without eating first, even though I told them we were in a rush and had plans afterwards.

  I had TLL moving and storage help me with a move in Vancouver. They had pretty nice fairly new trucks. They had lots of equipment to make the move easy and the price was very competitive since we called around and found out what others were charging.

  I give one star only because I can't give negative 10. The worst company ever. They showed up with a truck too small on loading day and had to come back. They came back a whole day after they said they would for the last of our stuff. They never called to tell me so I wasted the whole day! Brutal! Then on delivery they showed up a day late, still no call except from me to them and then they weren't honest with where they were. So a day and a half late, two guys show up, one with asthma and the other with a hernia. Needless to say I ended up unloading about half the truck myself. Terrible to deal with terrible communication. All around bad experience. Beware of TLL moving.
