  Once when I was late by a couple of days re payment over the Holidays, they wrote to me in a friendly manner. I have recommended this site to others not because it is cheaper, but because of the staff and the site is well managed. I am happy we chose this site over others that we were considering last summer.

  I've been renting a storage unit here for the past year and have had nothing but a positive experience. The desk staff are SO pleasant and accommodating, and I've never had an issue. My 10x10 unit fits all of the furniture from my old studio apartment, and I never worry about its security.

  I have been with Maple Leaf storage for 12 years now, many of those years I have lived overseas. I have found their customer service to be excellent , 5 star! The staff is kind, friendly and always willing to help out with any questions. They keep me informed of changes and discount opportunities. One being new client recommendations and new client discounts. The facility is clean, dry, easy accessible, great security (very important for me) and in a good location. I highly recommend them.

  I have had great service with Maple leaf Storage for at least 15 yrs in two different locations. The ladies in there have been an abundance of care and stress free. I would recommend Maple Leaf to anyone.

  When it came time to find a unit last minute, Maple Leaf Storage had nothing available. They put us on a waiting list and low and behold they called a couple days later with a vacancy. Most places would not have called and Maple Leaf came through. Our unit is easily accessible and the rate is comparable if not cheaper than others. Conveniently, it was also the closest location to us. Thank you for your services over the past year +.
