  Great hotel. A little dated, but well kept and comfortable rooms. Staff is always very nice and friendly. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so when in the area. Beds are comfortable, irons work, plenty of water pressure on the shower, small gym but it all seems new and works well. Pool area looks nice, breakfast is good for what it is. Parking seems to always be available and its convenient for local amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, retail stores, etc.

  I had a great visit and lovely time at the event I came up to attend but my check in process at the hotel left much to be desired. I booked my reservation over a month in advance and it was given away to someone else with the same last name. The front desk attendant tried to tell me that a "member of my party" had already checked in. They told me the person's first name and I didn't even know them. Luckily, they were able to give me a similar room to the one I reserved- the last one available. I now have 3 charges for different amounts made on 3 different dates pending on my card. I'm waiting to see which ones clear and then will be calling back if the charge does not match my receipt. Overall: friendly staff, decent accommodations. Not happy about how the charges look nor the fact my original reservation was given away, but at least they were able to make that right.

  We had to stay here due to a flood at our home, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice, the pool was wonderful and the breakfast was great! The staff went above and beyond for us and I will definitely stay here again!

  Nice business class Hotel. Just down the street from shopping center. Nice beds very nice service. Great little restaurant next door to the hotel connected to it. Recommend Stoneham
