  My room was at the front of the hotel so there was some noise off the busy but certainly not intolerable.

  The room looked like it had some renos. Pillows were fluffy and the linens were of a higher quality.

  Good budget hotel that you get what you pay for. We got a two bed and the room was rather small for the two beds. It looked like the beds weren't cleaned underneath since I found a few plastic wrappers, but the beds themselves were comfy. No free breakfast. Other than that there weren't other issues. This could be a good choice for a last minute hotel. We couldn't find vacancy at other hotels for the same night in Vancouver and surrounding area, but this one did.

  My wife and I booked the room for a three o clock check-in with no money down, we arrived an hour and a half late and had no problem getting our room. The room we had was very clean with two dubble beds and was quite comfortable. I would definitely be willing to stay there again and would recommend it to others.

  We booked a king sized bed room, paid in advance. When we checked in, they gave us a free "upgrade" - which happened to be a queen sized bed room. And that room had an extremely strong stench of cigarette smoke. We complained to the receptionist for both the stench and the size, and were given a king sized bed room, despite being completely booked. I would have been fine with the cigarette stench, but trying to cheat us from a king sized bed room to a queen sized bed room and calling that an upgrade - unpardonable. Never again..

  Comfortable beds with basic pillows. Excellent water pressure and the shower got hot very quickly. Outlets behind the bedside table did not work. Room not perfectly cleaned, found some cereal on the carpet.
