  I took 43 empties back and the young man that took them from me said that I would get $4:30 off my purchase at the check out.

  The check out man who turned out to be the manager, point blank refused to give me $4:30 saying that they only took 24 empties back at a time as they didn't have enough room to take any more and would only give me $2:40 When I protested he offered to give me $3 and that I should take the other empties back with me. I said I would take all my empties and leave but when I went to get them they were already in the back. The manager said that he would GLADLY KEEP my extra empties but would not give me the money for them. So then I pointed out that two minutes ago he wouldn't take them as he said they had no room but now that you do have room you will Gladly Keep them and still not give me the money? His only answer was the sign said no more than 24. Whilst his demeanor was not angry he was very passive aggressiveness and arrogant.
