    I explained my situation to the Manager and without listening to me at all, in a completely dismissive tone she told me no they don't do that. She didn't ask to see the bracelet nor ask to look up the name in the system, nor did she explain any of my options when I asked what can I do as I'm now stuck with a bracelet that I can't wear. Her response to everything was she doesn't know and they won't do it. I understand policy but you have to listen and assess each situation on a case by case basis in order to determine the best course of action - simple customer service, right? She had a complete lack of critical thinking or logic. It reminds of the irrational attitude of an employee who wouldn't call an ambulance for a struck pedestrian because they weren't a paying customer. Sometimes common sense supersedes a company policy and that is what customer service is all about. It's not like I was trying to return the bracelet for a refund, all I wanted is to be able to wear it but clearly she is too thick-headed to understand.

    I really disliked the service of the manager. No Customer service skills. What they say is right and what others say is wrong. When I said I will not come to this store again and then she said then dont come. She was so hyper. It was most disgusting experience of my life. Will never ever go to this location. I lost $75 for no reason. I returned the bracelet very next day and also they did not give my full refund. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE MATH. I Strongly do not recommend going to this location. Very unprofessional.

    I was the one who had to ask her to check the system and when I asked her which last name came up for my friend because it could be under her husband's name she replied "I don't know, don't remember". You have it right in front of you and it's your job?! I then asked her to look at my bracelet which is a genuine Pandora, in the official box with charms and everything if she would just look at it, don't they get training on how to spot fakes? She said they can't do it because it could be from Costco but I checked with my friend who works there and she said yes they sell it at Costco but it doesn't come with the box or pouch. How would I get the box if I got it from Costco? Shouldn't she know all of that, especially being the manager? I felt like she was trying everything in her power NOT to help me and spoke to me like I was a criminal trying to get a free bracelet. She couldn't wait to take my money and dismiss me. Just because you refuse to help me doesn't mean you then have a right to treat me in a condescending manner.

    I work in human resources for a large company and I would never expect this behaviour from any of my employees; I strongly suggest this "manager" go through additional training or have her performance reviewed. I'm not surprised another reviewer on here had a similar experience. She is an embarrassment to an otherwise great product and brand. I will continue shopping at Pandora (I've purchased countless bracelets and charms over the years) but never again at this location.

    She also didn't bother printing a gift receipt and when I asked for it she just stared at me dumbfounded - put 2 and 2 together - shouldn't you, as the MANAGER, as an example to your staff who were listening to the whole conversation, be the first one to suggest that to me considering the issue I just brought to you? I would have accepted her answer if she spoke in a respective and helpful manner and provide me with the reasons as to why they are not able to do it so that I can understand. All I got was "no". She also seemed extremely puzzled when I asked if the bracelet I'm buying comes with a pouch? Isn't that a normal question in a Pandora store?

    I never write reviews but I had such a terrible experience with the MANAGER at this Pandora location yesterday that I feel like it would be a disservice not to. I came in to purchase a bracelet and also to exchange the size of a bracelet that I received as a gift without a receipt. The salesperson was very kind, listened to my situation, asked to look at my bracelet and said she would do it but it has to be approved by the manager as they don't normally exchange without a receipt. I figured that I had a special situation as the person who gave it to me is no longer in Canada and she didn't get a gift receipt, so there is zero chance of me recovering a receipt.

    This is the worst Pandora ever. I am now a customer of the Langley location and refuse to go back to this location even though I have a gift card as well. And just like the other reviews, its because the manager is a psycho! She honestly needs a lesson in customer service and I dont know how she still has a job. If you want to get treated like garbage then you should shop here and ask for her but if not do not shop at this location. Just drive the extra bit and go to Langley where they literally cater to you and will go the extra mile to make you happy. They love hearing about the Guildford Manager too because they always hear stories about her. Save yourself some anger and do not go here.
