  I was in a couple of weeks ago, just before closing. There was an issue that needed to be resolved and they went above and beyond what was expected. They easily could have told me to come back the next day but they were able to figure it out right then and there. Shirley and Miranda were very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

  Positive customer service for my quick renewal. My agent Tara was efficiant, friendly and informative. She took no extra time updating my plan and renewing for another year. Thank you for the excellent customer service and catering to my needs. Service was quick and pleasant. Will be returning in the near future.

  Lady at desk completely disinterested in helping me, wasn't able to do the insurance for me, I went to another insurance company down the road who went above and beyond to help me and got me 100% sorted out. No thanks to B&W.

  Wish i could give zero stars. Horrible office...i have never had to wait this long while everyone just sat and ignored me. Ended up leaving without even doing my insurance renewal.
