  The shop is understaffed, some employees seem lost. But once in a while you will find someone that can help you. The best folk that work there are in the lumber yard section, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall they have good selection.

  ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE. NO ONE. you wont be able to find anyone to help you on the floor. Only cashiers working so its basically self help. I had to leave because i couldnt lift 5 boxes of tiles on my own. On my way out i overheard some lady ask her husband where help is. I told them there is none. I stood around for half an hour waiting for help even when i asked and sought help.

  I received outstanding customer service from Darren at the Contractors desk today. He was so helpful and patient and thorough. It's the busiest time of year and I showed up a bit frazzled, no doubt, but Darren was everything you could hope for in terms of outstanding customer service: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. Thank you, Darren.
