  It is a beautiful cemetery, very scenic and peaceful. Staff were nice and grounds people obviously have pride in the cemetery. Only advice would be to purchase the headstone from one of the BC monument companies as it costs a significant amount less and you get many more options.

  Terrible. They called and told me someone we didn't know is in the grandfather's plot. Then I was sent several emails in one day requesting information that needed to be given ASAP because she was going on vacation in 3 days. Not to mention she wrote in her email She needed the info "before burying the remain's " Extremely unprofessional, lack of empathy and incompetent. Made everything much harder for me in my time of mourning.

  Words cannot express all the help my family received from Victory Memorial and the wonderful staff. They called me back within 5 minutes and began to help us to assemble a plan to honour my dear mother. Of special mention are Tracy Davidson and Suzanne Picton who are totally professional but very caring and empathic. They helped us to have a service and reception that was exactly what my mother would have wanted . So grateful for all their help and kindness.
