  I bought a 4k tv in 2016. I got the geek squad protection and the employee clearly told me that everything was covered for 2 years. I asked him even if I accidentally break it. He said yes. Now it's been an year and a half, I accidentally broke my tv screen while moving and I asked geek squad to fix it. They said no they can't as I hadn't purchased accidental coverage, the one I had was the basic one. Like seriously? I could have purchased the accidental one too at the time I bought it but their employee said I already got it. Is there anyone that can help me with this ordeal? I bought the tv for 1900$. Now I can't even use it.

  When ever you will visit to Best buy, you will find so many staff. But whenever you need to know about any product, you will not find any one of them. They will pretend like they are very busy with other customer.☹

  I appreciate the service offered for holding product(s) online for pick up. It makes shopping so much easier and they will price match!

  They advertise that they'll give you a price match, but if you ask for it they take about half an hour or so to check if the other store still has that item in their stock.

  I showed them real canadian superstore's flyer to give me a price match for an item, they checked online if delta/Surrey superstore still has it in stocks or not, but online status said stock availability Not known please contact the store, Best buy got an easy excuse for not giving a price match and they refused.
