  This “doctor” is a rude and arrogant person. I do not if he is a good doctor, but he has not good manners to treat his patient.

  This doctor has to learn how to deal with Canadian patients. He is a typical Asian individual with no "manners" as so many of them are. He is not interested about what you have to say and he goes straight to the point of the matter. That doesn't make him a bad doctor but an unfriendly one. I personally would not go back to his office. I left his office with no answer to my problem. A real loss of time.

  Dr Kwak has operated on me twice , he’s a good doctor gets straight to the point. I would recommend him to friends and family.

  My appointment with Dr. John turned out a disappointment after meeting him. He was extremely rude, un-professional behaviour or might be racist. I was waiting for this appointment since 3 months, took a half day off from my work as it was on the working day, got a street parking 3 blocks way as the building doesn't have their own parking lot and after all these hussels, faced his rude attitude. He spent less than 5 minutes to finish. I have never ever experienced such an impolite Doctor like Doctor John Kwak (ENT). I will never recommend anyone to go to him. If someone else has the same experience please share.
