    Average rental experience. 2 issues: 1) can't return after hours 2) can't just drop jets off on return. Someone has to check the car, which takes a few more minutes. If you are in rush forget about renting here.

    This place is a scam. Filled the vehicle up and returned it, then I find out I they charged my credit card over $30.00. Worst experience I have ever had from renting a vehicle. I will NEVER use AVIS again.

    Service was awesome.. the guy who helped me I don't remember the name. But an Asian Canadian guy was super awesome.. Excellent service.. best so far will come back to same place if i rent a car.. not because of the brand.. just for the service from that guy..

    I have rented many many vehicles but the service at this location was beyond my expectations. Ahmed & Travis got me in and out within 10 minutes in a beautiful full-size SUV. They were knowledgeable about all the products they offered and went through everything in the contract with me. Thank you both, I will definitely be back and be referring all my family and friends to you guys!

    After 15 years (regardless of the moves) this AVIS is my number one place I go to in the Lower Mainland to get a rental car! Their professionalism, timely service, and customer experience is second to none.
